Equipment for grain storage plants, feed and agricultural farms

Chain conveyors (redlers)
The chain conveyors are designed for horizontal transportation of bulk materials.
The chain conveyors manufactured by   SLAV- VERIGI LTD come in six standard sizes, depending on the productivity.
Bucket elevators
Bucket elevators are vertical conveyor machines, designed to lift bulk materials—such as grain, barley, soybeans, rape seed, flour, pellets etc.—using a belt or chain with attached buckets.
They are widely used in grain storage and processing facilities, mills and feed factories.
The bucket elevators manufactured by SLAV-VERIGI OOD come in five standard sizes, depending on the productivity.
Screw conveyors

Screw conveyors, also known as auger conveyors, are mechanical devices used for transporting bulk materials such as grain, flour, pellets, sawdust, and others. They operate through a rotating screw spiral that moves the material along a tubular or trough-shaped structure.

The screw conveyors manufactured by SLAV-VERIGI Ltd. come in three types – tubular, trough-shaped, and sweep (clean-out) conveyors.

Made in Bulgaria – short production and delivery times, direct access to the manufacturer, and quick response in case of questions or maintenance needs.

Belt conveyors
Belt conveyors for grain are widely used in agriculture and the grain processing industry for horizontal or inclined transport of bulk materials such as wheat, corn, barley, soybeans, and other crops.
Gravity flow grain transport and accessories

Gravity-flow grain transport uses the natural force of gravity to move grain from one facility to another — for example, from a silo to a conveyor or from a hopper to an elevator. This method is energy-efficient and highly reliable, especially in vertical or inclined sections.

Main Components of Gravity Flow Systems:

  • Pipes, elbows, and fittings – for directing the flow

  • Diverter valves – for changing the direction of grain movement

  • Slide gates – for regulating or stopping the flow

  • Transitions – for connecting different sections or adapting to various shapes
