The Redler conveyor chain used in the chain conveyors manufactured by SLAV-VERIGI Ltd. is a high-strength, heat-treated chain of type 81X. Depending on the application and conveyor length, chains are available with varying link plate thicknesses and tensile strengths, as follows:
The Redler conveyor chain features side steel plates on which paddles are mounted on both sides, made from anti-static Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene – UHWM PE1000, with a thickness of 10, 12, or 15 mm. UHWM PE1000 is an extremely wear-resistant material that significantly reduces friction on the bottom, lowers wear, reduces noise, and dramatically enhances machine performance. Every sixth paddle is solid, serving as a scraper to clean any residual grain beneath the chain. When the chain is mounted on an older conveyor or on the conveyor that already has a guiding rail installed at the bottom, these solid paddles (scrapers) are not installed. |
