The drive station of the chain conveyor is a bolted structure made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 2.5-3 mm.
The length of the drive station is always 950 mm, the width and height vary depending on the type, performance and size of the redler. The drive is carried out with a motor - reducer directly coupled to the drive shaft. Depending on the purpose, the motor-reducer can be with a bevel-cylindrical gear or a worm gear. The reinforcing plates on both sides of the drive station are 8 mm thick. and the console for strengthening the motor-reducer is mounted on them. The flange self-aligning bearings are dust-protected manufactured by reputable companies such as SKF, LDK, FAG, etc. equivalent. The driven shaft and the sprocket are made of high-quality carbon steel (not cast) with the necessary heat treatment. A sensor (switch) is also installed on the driven station to prevent overfilling or jamming of the machine. If for some reason the output flow of the product cannot flow, then the sensor activates and stops the machine. |
