Elevator belt with buckets

The belt with mounted elevator buckets performs the primary conveying function of the machine. It transports the material from the inlet point at the boot section (bottom of the elevator) to the discharge point at the head section (top of the elevator).

The belt is typically made of reinforced rubber or synthetic material, and the buckets are attached at regular intervals to ensure continuous and efficient vertical transport of bulk materials.

The bucket belt has a length determined by the height of the elevator and consists of the following elements:

Rubber, oil-resistant elevator belt with five protective layers, available in various widths depending on the elevator model
Elevator buckets made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) or metal, with different volumes and shapes according to the elevator type
Elevator bolts with wide flanged heads and anti-rotation locking teeth to ensure secure bucket attachment
