Sweep Augers – Flat-Bottom Silo Emptying System

Sweep augers are used for the complete emptying of flat-bottom silos. They are installed at the silo floor and assist in removing the remaining grain once gravity discharge has been completed.

Main Features:

• Installation: Centrally mounted inside the silo, rotating 360° around their axis

• Materials: Made of carbon steel, with screw diameters ranging from 130 to 300 mm

• Capacity: From 10 to 80 m³/h, depending on the model

• Drive Unit: Direct-coupled gear motor, with power from 2.2 to 11 kW

• Length: Between 3 and 10 meters, depending on silo radius

• Application: Suitable for grain, corn, sorghum, barley, rapeseed, and other bulk materials

Power Supply Options:

• Via mobile cable inserted from outside the silo

• Or via permanent connection using a rotary slip ring
