Tubular screw conveyors

Tubular  screw conveyors are a type of screw conveyor that use an O-shaped or tubular design. They are widely used in industries such as agriculture, livestock farming, and the food processing industry.

Key Features:

• Construction: Made from painted, galvanized, or stainless steel, with bolted connections between individual pipe sections for easy assembly and maintenance.

• Drive System: Gear motor that can be connected directly to the shaft or via a belt or chain drive. Upon request, screw conveyors can be manufactured without a gear motor—only with an electric motor and belt drive.

• Bearings: As standard, tubular screw conveyors do not include special hanging bearings every 3 meters, unlike trough-shaped ones.

• Length and Incline: Maximum length up to 12 meters, with the possibility of inclines up to 90°.

• Applications: Suitable for transporting grain, granules, flour, pellets, and other bulk materials.
   

  Options:

  Trough-shaped screw conveyors are available in two series:

• Light  series – SO "AGRO": Designed for less demanding operations such as farms, small warehouses, etc.

• Heavy-duty series – SO "INDUSTRIAL": Designed for intensive use in feed mills, industrial production facilities, and large commercial warehouses for grain and bulk products. The SO "INDUSTRIAL" series also features a special design that allows for easier and faster maintenance and repair when needed.
